WakeUpSounds offers a small collection of downloadable sounds for personal ringtones and alarms.

What you can do

You may download, save and use these files as ringtones, notification sounds or alarms on your own devices. You may trim or adjust a file for that personal use. There is no charge, and no credit is required for this use.

Other uses

This permission does not cover selling the files, offering them as downloads on another website, redistributing the collection, or including them in commercial media, products or apps. For those uses, contact flemming@takreparation.se.

Where these sounds come from

All 18 sounds in this first collection were digitally synthesized for WakeUpSounds. The source process combines generated tones, noise, envelopes and simple effects. No third-party recordings, music samples or artist tracks were used.

Nature-inspired sounds are synthesized interpretations, not field recordings. We do not claim that a sound reproduces a particular bird species or real location.

Choosing an alarm

WakeUpSounds supplies audio files and previews. The website does not schedule or ring alarms. Install your chosen sound in your phone and check it with a test alarm. Device settings determine the actual alarm volume and behaviour.
